My stay at The Westin Galleria Dallas was pleasant. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable even during the warm days. I particularly enjoyed the accessibility to the Galleria Mall, allowing for easy shopping right at my doorstep. The staff were attentive, promptly assisting with my inquiries and providing helpful recommendations for restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, the elevators were quite slow, which made our trips to the pool somewhat of an adventure. Cleanliness inconsistencies also caught our attention, as some areas seemed overlooked.

It was just an excellent fit for a flash stay in Dallas with great value for money. The bathroom had a unique glass door, which was a fun design but not ideal for privacy at night. Make sure to check on the housekeeping service beforehand, as it wasn’t available during my stay.

An incredible stay! The room was spacious with a beautiful view out the large window. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Loved the access to fitness centre too!

Had a nice two-night stay with lots of shopping nearby and spacious rooms. The gym was fantastic, but the check-in was a hassle with a grumpy agent. Would stay again!

Friendliness, efficiency, uncomfortable mattress

the westin is located right next to the mall, making shopping super convenient. we had a great time relaxing at the heated outdoor pool. the staff was respectful and even let us stay past check-out without fuss.
