This was the best hotel we stayed at in the U.K. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were surprised and delighted to find a top class restaurant with the most interesting and delicious meals we have eaten in a long time. It is close to an efficient park-and-ride into Bath. Have a good look at your map; we had a little difficulty finding it but it's definitely worth booking!- 31-Oct-2008 This is a wonderful place to stay. Rob, the manager, went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. The locals were friendly - we spent the evening playing cards with them. The food was excellent. The village is set in the beautiful Mendips area and has a unique charachter. - 13-Jul-2006 I enjoyed our stay, the staff are very polite and the food is excellent.- 28-May-2006 |
