A naturally lit meeting room, with complementing courtyard, is perfect for small meetings and conferences for up to 75 delegates or stylish cocktails for 100 guests. Leisure facilities include a 25 metre outdoor pool, a kid's pool, steam room and a roof top BBQ area and spa.

 The Sebel Maroochydore is a modern facility close to the city centre. It does lack an onsite restaurant although there are plenty close by.
Short mini Queen beds in the master bedroom are way below standard. I slept on the sofa...it was more comfortable!
Overall the stay was good but I wouldn't rush back.- 27-Aug-2008 My wife and I found the hotel wonderful. It was modern, clean and a great location, we would recomend it to our family and friends.- 07-May-2008 The level of cleanliness was average as there were short black hairs all over the apartment (I have long blonde hair) and the bed overlay which really doubles as a blanket was covered in stains. The mattress was also on its last legs with a clear indentation in the bed showing the mattress is worn. The lounge chair also had crumbs, hairs etc all underneath the cushions and was quite disgusting. In terms of the facilities I only marked it as average because there weren't any mini-bar or food options etc. I know that the hotel doesn't market itself as this but when you have a brand name such as the Sebel then people associate it with a full-service hotel.
