generally unsatisafactory room make-up service, one day I found an used glove in the fridge (very likely left after fridge drink items counting or whatever), another day with cockroaches, and one more another day with all bathrobes laying just on the bed and the chair of the room.

We got a very good special rate which made it very good value for an excellent Hotel. Would not normally be able to afford the 5 star luxury available at this hotel. Decor although very plush, was a little out dated and better kitchenette facilities such as a microwave would have been useful,as we had to leave very early to catch a flight.

The service level was terrific. The staff were very professional. Our room was immaculate. We enjoyed our 4-day stay immensely.
