The food received from room service was terrible, soggy bread with the sandwiches. Shower curtain in the bathroom was really dirty.

Noise from students/teenagers until 1am if you happen to sleep in a room facing the Exeter road. The fire alarm was falsely activated at 12.15 am while staying there. Everyone was evacualed!
