 The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and half the building is closed off. This meant that only 1 lift was working, reception area was temporary and very small and the residents bar was closed. Once the work is completed it will be a great hotel, but not while work is underway. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.- 01-Jul-2008 I asked for a quiet room and got exactly what I wanted but I did arrive early. The bar food is limited and the tv screens make talk difficult.
