 The hotel is very convieniently located for the top end of Orchard road. Its staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are positive luxury and the decor is very tasteful. From the front door staff, bell hops, reception, restaurants, house keeping and room service staff, you feel like they are there for your comfort and assistance at any time.
I have stayed at the Regent many times since 2004 and they make you feel like part of their exclusive family.
Pete from Perth - 15-Jul-2008 Whilst the hotel was fine in most respects - the air conditioning was truly bizarre. The temperature in the room was frigid and required that we wear a pullover in our room in the evening! Adjusting the thermostat had no discernible effect. Although I advised reception after the first night and was promptly sent assistance - the chap only spoke broken English and the assistance offered was ineffective. In the end I switched off the air conditioning and the room temperature became acceptable.- 05-Mar-2008 |
