Courteous and friendly reception staff is at your disposal to assist you with all your needs. When leisure permits, you can take a bracing dip in the swimming pool to revive yourself after a tiring day and pamper your senses at the sauna.
 Rooms are brilliantly designed, but a bit tight. Other than that, eveythiing else is brilliant. Food's good, gym and sauna, etc, wonderful, decor modern but not alienating, staff friendly and efficient. Handy to Orchard Rd shopping.- 16-Nov-2009 What can I say about the Quincy except WOW! I've stayed in hotels all around the world, including Europe and the UK, but I've never enjoyed a hotel stay more than the 3 nights I spent at the Quincy. From the charm of management staff Franck and Suresh, to the bubbly, gorgeous reception staff, to the WONDERFUL restaurant wait staff (hello Benny!), this was an experience I wouldn't have missed. We were encouraged from the outset by Franck to make full use of the many benefits included in the tarrif, and we did. Three lovely meals a day in the restaurant, drinks on the stylish and relaxing deck from 6 - 8pm. Top quality fixtures in the room, 42" plasma TV, feather doonas, enormous bolster pillows and Egyptian cotton bedding, thick soft towels. The Quincy is a stylish and fun place to stay (check out the quirky cartoons near Reception). Thanks guys, we'll be back!
