 I personally found the hotel to have quite an impersonal environment whether it was patrons who frequented the establishment or the staff & owners. I can only presume that it was the patrons where staff are unaware of what goes on in Hotel rooms but the room I stayed in had a hole where the sprinkler system was & I could see up into the floor above while I was in the shower. I was alone & I found this to be quite disturbing & I strongly recommend that the owners employ a Feng Shui consultant who also knows about Space Clearing to remove stagnant energy from so many people who occupy the rooms because they really would get a much more hospitable response I suppose this rating is as hospitable as their hotel.- 14-Jun-2007 the hotel is on Kangaroo Point so not in the center city. However, it is easy and enjoyable to get to the main part of the city by the ferry system. It was a pleasant way to start a day. And the ferry connected you to the CityCat which serviced more areas. - 03-Jun-2007 The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from city centre and 25 minutes from the airport. This hotel is situated in the prestigious Kangaroo Point which is a newly revamped dockland area surrounded by a number of high quality hotels and small café restaurants. There are a regular number of city bound boats that stop within walking distance of the hotel complexes. The environment is peaceful with the availability of plenty of city activity just 10 minutes away.- 28-Jul-2005 |
