 Excellent staff! Hard working and courteous. Excellent restaurant and pool. Beautiful private beach. No hot water in the main hotel building and the room during the entire 5 day stay...very surprising and troubling that this problem could not be immediately addressed for all the guests there. Property is starting to show its age and could use some updating but still very comfortable and clean. Constant problem trying to pay with or break 500 and 1000 peso notes since restaurant and the front desk never seemed to have any change available. Location is great for privacy and very beautiful but a terrible road leading into the property and limited shuttle service to the main beach (White Beach) are definite drawbacks.
