 Assistance from the staff at the front office was great and very polite. We checked in after our Greyhound journey from Anaheim and were tired but felt very welcome. The location is excellent with buses that run to Union Square, walking distance to SF Trams that took us down to Lombard St & Fisherman's Wharf. Food outlets around the hotel were abundant and we even ventured a few streets down to some asian food where we had really authentic Thai Food. It was a good and very comfortable stay.
We would however like to advise that some kind of ramp be installed to assist guests in bringing up luggage from street level to the lobby level. Otherwise and excellent stay!- 11-Dec-2008 The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.
