 The staff all made us feel very welcome. The free wine between 5pm & 6pm is a lovely touch. Helps you to relax after a day walking around New York & was very welcome. The location was brilliant & we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends & family. Our daughter & boyfriend are staying there this coming weekend (4th Sept) on our recommendation.
