 The standard rooms are really tiny with minimal closet space but the suite we changed to was superb and worth the extra cost.
The elevator is very slow.
The renovation was first class and the hotel looks classy.- 11-Sep-2008 The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Within 1 min walking distance is the BART (metro) and the tram and a big westfield shopping centre with a good food-court (if you want cheap meals or the supermarket).
