 Selected this hotel because didn't want to stay in Johannesburg for 1 night between flights. It is a distance from Johannesburg International airport about 1hour, but it is a beautiful relaxed hotel with character. Rooms have a real African feel set in lovely gardens. Also in the grounds, had great dinner at Carnivores (different african meats) worthwhile cost Zar175( $aus 30). Next morning had treatment at spa,just heaven and only Zar 350. So turned overnight stop to great time.- 24-Jun-2009 Nice exotic hotel, like a jungle village. Very far away! 100 USD taxi/ 90 min from the airport.
Cool restaurant!
Poor service, the staff forgot to give message when we where to be picked up for our safari, therefore no breakfast before a 8 hour drive.
