 Pool and exercise facilities still undergoing renovation, but the rest of the hotel is fabulous. Very clean and safe and the staff is so accomodating and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with many amenities. Could have used more hot water, but we tend to like the bath and showers! Excellent buffet breakfast and coffee and chocolate shop. It was close to many shops, especially bridal stores.- 05-Aug-2009 great location.. nice clean rooms- 04-Aug-2008 It is a pity we can not use internet for a normal price as if it was a luxuary service. Nevertheless, it costs nothing to use internet in a Pacific Place or starbuck cafe located half a minute from the hotel.
