Great hotel- efficient check in and lovely room. Only slight downside was size of pool and generally leisure facilities could do with a bit of refurbishment. Also shame that the saunas were located in each of the changing rooms which meant that if you had an opposite sex partner you had to use the sauna on your own.
Also note that parking is not available at the hotel however there is an NCP car park very close by (£17 for 24 hours).- 06-Sep-2009 Great Hotel , good location.- 05-May-2009 The hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of Manchester. We arrived at Piccadilly by train and then used the free bus to drop us off outside the hotel. The hotel itself is very impressive with a big open main lobby area. The staff on check-in and throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the restaurants/bar but the breakfast was very good. The only problem we encountered was some hairs found in the bed and one of the towels, presumably from the laundry process as everything else was spotless. We complained and it was dealt with immediately. Definitely recommend this hotel.- 26-Aug-2008 |
