 Hi,
I have stayed at the Midland on numerous occassions over the past 10 years and I rate it as a really good hotel. I was disappointed however by the room that I was given this time I say that as it was pretty small by comparison with previous occassions and the usual bath robes and slippers were missing. I was there with my wife on our anniversary and had told her of the wonderful facilities but room 510 certainly didn't live up to my expectations unfortunately. All other aspects we're up to scratch but had I known what the room i would be given was like I would have booked somewhere else. I don't think this is enough for me to not continue using the hotel but I'd certainly ask what kind of room I was going to be allocated next time. It looked as though it was a storage area for odd bits of furniture and the aircon was extremely noisey,
Rick S.- 22-Oct-2007 Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and of good quality. The atmosphere throughout was relaxing.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone- 17-Jul-2007 The hotel is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that they do not seem to be able to cater for the large number of people at breakfast on Sunday morning and you therefore have to queue quite a long time for the dining room.- 15-Mar-2007 |
