 Ideal location, pleasant staff and comfortable room- 14-Nov-2009 Not a picture on the walls, restaurant hardly ever open, a real minimalist hotel. The staff is ok, but they are always in a little room off the front desk and you feel like you are intruding. You never feel like they appreciate your business. I would pass on this one.- 12-Nov-2009 Very handy and close to Harbourside just 15-20mins walk from Quay St. lots of cheap restaurants nearby for take outs and the hotel restaurant is also good with unique menu. Close to train station which is just across the hotel and monorail is on the way to harbourside ten mins walking. Good for family and the room is very nice newly refurbished looks like a newly built hotel. Staff also (the guy afternoon/night shift) is very friendly and helpful.
