 Staff very friendly when we stayed there over St. Patricks weekend. Rooms are old but fresh and clean. Foyer and downstairs all refurbished and very nice. Breakfast buffet style was ok and did the job but nothing to write home about. Very central to killarney town with parking adjacent.- 20-Mar-2008 A magnificent experience ! From the moment we approached the steps and the lovely porter rushed down to help us with a smile to the amazing smoked salmon breakfast to the glorious rooms and the undercover pool set in breathtaking gardens... we will definately return - 24-Jul-2007 We were very pleased with our three day stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and service excellent. There are very extensive, well kept gardens and excellent leisure facilities. The Garden Room Restaurant cuisine is to a very high standard without being overpriced. The hotel has recently been taken over by new owners and the only downside is the very unsympathetic alterations they have made to the lobby and reception area and to the bar furniture.- 21-Jul-2007 |
