 We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and were very pleased with all of the rooms. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and nice. My husband found the mattress a little hard, but the rest of us slept well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Bath. - 07-Jul-2009 Fantastic service at all times.
