 If you are unfortunate to stay in the old part of the Hotel which has yet to be renovated you will be disgusted with the room you are allocated. No heating in the bathroom(very cold on a winters morning) no shower over the bath, water stain to ceiling above bed, curtain hanging down due to missing hooks, toilet seat loose, old shower mat, surface on bath worn. The staff were unsympathetic and abrupt when I complained and thought if they smiled this would excuse their behavior and attitude!! - 27-Nov-2007 The bedrooms badly requre upgrading which we understand is planned.
Otherwise the hotel is well located and service in the dining room for breakfast and at reception was very good.- 25-Jul-2007 The hotel booked me into the 'new' part of the building. It is very scruffy and for the amount of the cost of the room it is in need of redecoration.
