 We particularly liked the friendly and helpful service at the front desk and in the dining room. It was a very pleasant stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the Royal Lancaster to our friends.- 13-Mar-2008 I had an extremely pleasant stay for 3 nights. The staff were very polite and helpful, excellent. The breakfast was good enough and the hotel location perfect for my needs. Great access to the West End and transport links to everywhere, even stunning views over Hyde Park and beyond.
My only criticism is of the price of drinks in the bar and restaurant, but then there is a good pub within 50mts and a mini market next door for normally priced supplies. Hotel 5 out of 5 otherwise.- 05-Feb-2008 Excellent food- 24-Jan-2008 |
