 Clean and contemporary with excellent location and all the necessary amenities for shopping or business trips. Wouldn't recommend for families; no pool, minimal breakfast etc. Be aware though that some rooms do not have windows so you need to ask if you want one. The room also smelt vaguely of cigarette smoke so would suggest the hotel keep some non-smokers rooms. Only bug was the lack of English language movie channels on TV (only news channels) though they do provide a dvd player.- 13-Feb-2008 The rooms are as pictured on the web site. The location is very good and very close to BTS & MRT transport systems. The only thing i found to be not so good is the road that the hotel is on. There is a small river at the side which smells of raw sewege. All in all I would have to say the hotel is excellent value for money and by booking on this site you will get better prices than walking in off the street or booking direct.- 30-Jan-2008 The Hotel was not easy to find since its lobby is located in an alley and not on Soi 19 itself. Front desk service was rather inadequate: smiles are rare, they forgot to give me my passport back, and most irritating--during both of my stays here they said they couldn't charge my Amex because the machine was faulty. Had to pay cash in Baht at the "hotel exchange rate" of 35 THB/USD. The Gold Key room felt cramped and had a parking garage view. The water heater in the shower wasn't working. However the hotel is very clean and modern, the bellboys are friendly and helpful, amenities in the room are good, there's free wi-fi in the room, and the location is excellent, just a minute walk from Asok station on Sukhumvit, and the single room deal is excellent for the value.
