 The room had a wall ac unit which was very noisy. The pillow were not the best and the bed was uncomfortable. The carpet felt dirty. The shower was large but the shower head sprayed in a strange way. The soap amenities were nice. The location is the best of anywhere for walking on 5th Avenue so that is a definite plus.- 07-Jan-2009 this hotel was great all of the above. the only negative point is the pool was like walking into a warm bath. something is needing to be done to resolve this matter because when you are sunbathing in very warm weather you need to cool yourself down in the pool.- 23-Jul-2007 Nicely presented hotel in a great location. However, despite accepting bookings for Christmas they could not even provide breakfast on Christmas day, let alone dinner or room service - so not really a hotel, more of a motel.
