 The Suisse Majestic was a lovely hotel, the decor typical of the period probably that it was built. Very comfortable, beds were good, room (lake view) excellent. A central location in Montreux, opposite the station, which is an absolute benefit. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others. - 19-Oct-2008 This was a nice hotel located in the heart of Montreux. Great view of Lake Geneva. We had a Triple room which consisted of two twin (single) beds and a cot added to the room. Although it was comfortable, I would have expected a standard bed for the price of the room. The breakfast was excellent. There is no hotel-owned parking available. You have to park your car in either a pay-and-display lot for short periods or there is a 24hr car park located accross the street from the hotel at a cost of 2.00CHF per hour. Night rates are reduced slightly. - 02-Apr-2008 Great Hotel! Airconditioning which is a rare in switzerland. Huge bathrooms with wonderful baths. Hotel right across from train station and surprisingly enough noise was not an issue. Room was well sized.- 31-Aug-2007 |
