 Having paid for an Executive Room with breakfast I was put in a less than average, very small room; after queuing over 20 minutes for the 'included' breakfast I was told it included only tea or coffee and everything else was extra. The gym/fitness facilities where outside in what could only be described as a back yard. The only thing the hotel is conveniently located to is the hospital. I do not recommend using this hotel.- 01-Oct-2009 Despite the outward appearance, our room on floor 12, was only adequate. There were stains on the carpet, the shower threw water over the opposite side of the bath, onto the floor and the taps were not fitted securely to the wall.
The battery on the keycard entry failed, as did the battery in the safe. They were replaced quickly but then the system near the door which alerted housekeeping, didn't work properly, meaning our room wasn't cleaned one day, despite the fault being reported, early in the day. We were asked about room cleaning on our return in the evening but it was rather late by then!
The cost for breakfast was prohibitive for more than one day, so we had to eat out most mornings.
Internet access was excellent, only connnection charges being billed or did we stick to only 15 minutes?
Overall, I was a little disappointed with the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone, if asked.
