 The hotel is good value for money, but I would advise them to keep an eye on maintenance (the deadbolt did not work, tiles in the bathroom floor were coming off, furniture was somewhat scratched), details just like that make a bad impression.- 23-Jul-2009 I had read some poor online reviews of this hotel before deciding to stay there myself.
I found the standards of the hotel to be excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. And you could not wish for a better location to begin your exploration of fabulous downtown Chicago. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I had a great stay there.
