 The staff at this hotel vere surly and barely courteous. The rooms are small, but the cleanliness is of a high standard. The hotel is not in the nicest area, but is near Milan Centrale Station. Fine for a stop-over but would not wish to spend a holiday in this area.- 19-Sep-2009 I chose this hotel mostly because of it's proximity to station and comments from previous travellers that if all else failed, the sheets were clean and the towels ok! That much was true. It's actually not a bad hotel. But needs serious cleaning up - needed to charge my phone and when I pulled back the bedside table to insert the plug into the electrical socket I changed my mind, it was so dirty and dusty. Yeuk. The so called cleanliness was very superficial, but you can't really get away with it - it shows if it is neglected housekeeping. Certainly would not choose to return or refer it very quickly.- 07-Aug-2009 Clean hotel. Very close to the central station with easy access to metro also.
