Location is excellent if you want internet and call shops near hotel. Also many resturants nearby. Walk to beyazid (grand bazaar) is up hill 5 mins and from there you can pretty much get anywhere in Istanbul with trains/metro/buses. Price is good. Rooms are simple, basically you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly in general, cant help much with directions to somewhere. - 04-Jul-2009 Even though I booked a double room I have been given a twin room for one night that too in smoking area and managed to give me a double room for rest of the nights.
Though I had a bitter time on first day, it was fine for rest of the days.
Breakfast is good. Wireless access is available but is slow.
Room condition is good and bathroom is average.
Location wise, its good, 10 mins walk to sultanahmet area.
