 it was a nice stay room wasn't ready for 3 hrs even though i had requested an early check in and then the 3rd bed wasn't there it took them another 2 hrs to sort that. the look of the room on your site is not like the one we got it was much smaller..- 04-Nov-2009 The cleaning and room service staff were polite, courteous and helpful. But only some of the counter staff had similar attributes. I believe that the some of the counter staff (one in particular) were in collusion with the taxi drivers by the hotel. They did not put their metres on once beginning their journeys and charged very highly compared to other taxi drivers.
