 we found sunset beach excellent value for money we would return there- 03-Dec-2008 Rooms are lovely and spacious and clean (we were self catering) The hotel is big and there is a gateway from the pool out onto the sea front - it was a great location and only 8 euros taxi into puerto marina which is a lovely harbour with great eating places and lovely to strool around. - 10-Oct-2008 we had six nights sept 08,i contacted the hotel about parking as we drive down and our vw is 1.9m high there height of there under car park 1850mm high so i asked if there was any other parking on site and was told at the side of the hotel,what i was not told it is in the street and that cars have been broken into,so i asked at a hotel across the road and they let me park in there underground carpark 45 euros.well,if you go to this hotel bring plenty of money you are going to need it evereything is extra if you have kids it is going to cost you a bomb.the staff do not look happy in there job not most spainish hotels,and we know as we travel spain a lot, beer is half the price down the road.we lead to beleve it was on the beach,
on the road side of the hotel there is no parking to unload your bags if you pull up where the taxis park you get abuse from the drivers,you can walk in benalmadena but get a taxi back 8 euros.my apinion of this hotel is a money machine and will not stop there.- 26-Sep-2008 |
