 Staff were very helpful there room was clean and service second to none. Very close to Umeda station and attractions in central osaka. Highly Recommend- 15-Aug-2009 It's pretty near some cool shops in the Umeda district. The walk from the station is not too far if you know which route to take. The service was excellent -- I needed to borrow a sewing kit, and even though there was only 1 set available in the entire hotel (!), the concierge managed to track down the guest who was using it, and bring it to my room. Kudos to Japanese service standards!- 28-Sep-2007 The Hotel offers good service, but the rooms were very small. We had a double room and had problems opening our luggage, because of the tiny floorspace. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The location was also good.- 12-Jun-2006 |
