 superb location overlooking the Peace Park (though unfortunately our room faced the other way, but you get the view from the restaurant at breakfast in any case) and just a 10 min walk from shopping and bar area - good kaiseki oyster/fish restaurant just outside by the river. Quite good value for money. Friendly, efficient staff. Rooms not so small (by Japanese standards). Very nice breakfast buffet worth the extra price (nice range of Japanese options available, and in proper dishes too!)
