 Clean good standard hotel with friendly staff not too far from Delhi Station, Old Delhi or Central Delhi. Restaurant on the roof is a little gem and open 24 hours, great food at good value. Only dissapointing aspects were the reception when we ordered extra tea cups for the room they never came. Also we had agreed a day trip around Delhi thorugh the hotel 2 days prior at a certain rate but the hotel manager upped the price at the last minute which was very unprofessional.- 02-Mar-2008 Very poor airport pick up- unfriendly in charge transport- Mr Abidi. refused transport pick up from Domestic airport even after making clear instructions on booking.

Cold breakfast. - 21-Jan-2008 The hotel located in Karol Bagh Area.. It is very crowded area, but in general not clean. The room was average. There was one PC at the hotel reception connected to Internet. The conference room is a small room which also used a multi purpose room (breakfast and etc). In general the cleaning in Hotel was average But outside is really very bad. The reception people was Ok and try to help.- 13-Nov-2006 |
