 Hotel advertises and promises airport pick up. Handy and helpful in Delhi's confusion. Despite two confirmations e-mails from the hotel, stating they would come and pick up, both times they weren't there. First time it was remedied within a few minutes after calling them, second time they just denied having confirmed the pick up and suggested taking a pre-paid taxi. That in itself is not so bad, except that many taxidrivers have a hard time finding the hotel (just around the corner form Karol Bagh metro station), so that way it takes a lot longer and is a lot more hassle.- 11-Nov-2007 The hotel was more 2 star than 3 star. Basically we choose the hotel as the price seemed reasonable and the hotel had a swimming pool. The SP wasn't open when we stayed at the hotel in March. - 02-Apr-2007 The SunStar Grand Hotel is in the busy area of Karol Bagh but this is quite a good location to Connaught Place. The Hotel Room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The Hotel Staff were extremely helpful and very efficient. Excellent value for money and a nice place to stay. Internet Access is also available and the Hotel Food - both Breakfast and Room Service is of a high standard.- 26-Jan-2007 |
