 The carpets in the corridors are very dirty. The corridors are hot and humid as they are not air conditioned and there is no ventilation. The system of making up the room once in three days does not suit short term stayers. The housekeeping service was poor. I stayed there for three nights. The hotel is suppose to provide liquid for cleaning dishes. They did not do so for the first two days. On the third day, upon my request twice, they provided after a lapse of twelve hours.
Once I wanted to make a local call from the lobby. I was informed that I should go back to the room and make my local call. Most of the time the floor manager is not available. Eveven if you wish to discuss the poor service standards, there is nobody to talk to. - 07-Sep-2005 I had requested to check-in at 2:30 p.m. but when I was there at 4:30 p.m., they told me that they are still cleaning the room, but they do apologise because of the festive season.
The hotel room inside is very good, everything they have like hair dryer and they even have an iron for you to iron clothes.
