 Resort rooms are spacious and comfortable... But what stands out are their excellent service from the moment we step into the resort at the reception, the tour guide, etc.... The buffet breakfast was excellent with wide variety choices of food. I came with my family and all without doubts enjoyed themselves though it was a very short stay. Thumbs up and i wil still go back to them again.- 20-Jun-2007 There are basically low maintenance in the hotel.
Rooms are filled with foul smell, the door knock seems to fall apart anytime, hot/cold water can't dispense well.
The reception staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Insufficient seating space for morning breakfast, no proper waiting lines as most customers are just asked to wait at the lobby.Its a mess during breakfast.- 26-Oct-2006 At off peak times they offer 50% discount. This makes the rooms reasonable value. At the full price they would be expensive.
The hotel itself rather lacks atmosphere when there are few guests around. The terrace dining area is very dirty - hence the rating above. When it rained they had to collect the water in buckets. Birds were flying around in the restaurant and even fed from the buffet table. This put us off somewhat.
Against that the staff were helpful. There was little vegetarian choice on the menu, but they were always willing to adapt something.
The room was large and clean.
What was definitely missing was a jungle trail from the hotel. They are ideally placed for this sort of activity and to have short, guided walks to look at birds, wildlife and plants - but nothing.- 07-Sep-2005 |
