The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service is friendly and very good. It is a bit out of the centre of Belfast but is beside the Parliament- 10-Jun-2008 The hotel is very good but with a slight problem manning its switchboard. In bound calls can be delayed Concierge services and reception were excellent and housekeeping was 5 star- 27-May-2008 when I arrived at the hotel my reservation was non existing, reception was helpful and put we into an executive room. The room was fine, bed really comfy and plenty of tv stations. The bathroom was a disgrace for a four star. It was so out dated with filled holes in the tiles and water marks in the tiles. The bath panel was broken which there is no need. The breakfast was very poor, it was cold and the selection was limited and it certainly no where near the £16 price tag. If had better breakfasts at a roadside cafe. The bar was closed at 12am even though plenty of people wanted a drink and this was on a friday night- 07-May-2008 |
