 We appreciate the assistance in helping us to obtain long term parking in your garage. The hotel staff and garage attendant was most helpful. We enjoyed our stay before our flight in this hotel greatly over the Sheraton Airport hotel.
Thank you- 21-Apr-2009 Our standard room had an ordinary wooden door interconnecting with the room next door. The people next door were talking loudly and animatedly into the wee small hours of the morning. After a 22 hour flight we could not get to sleep. Complained a few times and someone was supposed to come up and address the issue. Complained in person at the reception desk and we got a new room. Problem solved. Good airport hotel but standard rooms might have this problem. We ended up in a superior room and they are much better.
