 The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful and accomodating.The night manager even helped me with my luggage, since I told him I had a recent back injury from a car accident.
The best feature in the hotel is their morning buffet breakfasts-every day,it's a different variety. They helped energized me .The availability of food/snacks in their snack bar was great.The accessibility to a business office in the hotel-with access to our personal e-mail was also a great addition.Price was surprisingly low/reasonable.Won't think twice in returning to Staybridge again.
The housekeeper in my suite: did not empty the garbage for 2 days- considering I had "take out food" (left over) in there; did not pick up used towels I left on the bathroom floor-so that she would know the towels were not meant to be recycled.Other then this situation-the staff all over the hotel was excellent.- 28-Aug-2007 |
