The hotel was small with no elevator. The room had no air conditioning and as the room faced the street, it was noisey and not safe to have the window open all night. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen. A large person could not fit. The breakfast was ok but the room was small and you had to wait. You also had to go down a flight of stairs to get to it. The location was good it you were taking the train from Victoria station. Also the clerk was very helpful when I had a problem with my suitcase.

a) The staircases are rather narrow and steep for those carrying suitcases; and b) Internal renovation work has been continued during renting period.

No tea or coffee in room. No smoking allowed also which is bad. Found night porter asleep on a sofabed all tucked up at 05.30. Television only had 3 channels working. Location though is excellent.
