 The Hotel is badly in need of refurbisment & an upgrade in management attitude is badly needed. Torn wallpaper in bathrooms, Sheets complete with holes. Downstairs Bar - broken brass footrail. Broken floor tiles - Bottom of thr bar has upto 5cm gaps in the bottom plate - None of this indicates the star rating that they claim! Would no recommend or stay again.- 01-Feb-2008 The hotel was very comfortable, nice rooms in a perfect location next to the river and the shopping mall. The breakfast was brilliant, will stay there again..- 25-Dec-2007 The hotel was a little tired, there were iron burn marks on the carpet and when we checked into our room there were cards etc for the previous occupant, along with a foldaway bed, but the room service was acceptable(although a little on the cold side) and the staff were very friendly.- 21-Dec-2007 |
