 I was quite pleased with the hotel overall. The room service had a great selection and reasonable price. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean daily. The only thing that disappointed me slightly was the room itself it seem a little out dated for such a prestige hotel.- 30-Sep-2009 The only thing that didn't impress me was receiving a receipt from the hotel 6 days after staying there with a $101 deduction from my credit card for the room. Considering i had paid online 5 weeks earlier in full that was a bit rich. Upon ringing the hotel i was informed that the money is deducted and put in a frozen account in case we used any condiments from the room.Too bad I wasn't informed of this upon arrival.Next time i'm asked for a credit card imprint its not going to happen.- 29-Aug-2009 Great hotel in a great location.
