 The stay at the hotel was actually on New Years Eve and there had been a misunderstanding on the booking placing us into a room that was not requested. E.g. not overlooking Elder Park. Even with the extensive bookings, the concierge went out of his way to assist us and within 30 minutes we were upgraded to a better room with a view over Elder Park. The whole idea was to view the NYE fireworks from our room. I can only but speak very highly of the customer service provided on this occasion under very difficult circumstances. The location was great and the price very reasonable through this forum. Well done. - 23-Jan-2008 The hotel was great, well located and very clean. The rate was a bit ambiguous in that it only included ONE buffet breakfast but was sold as 'double room with breakfast'. Service at the Prominade Restaurant was not up to standard. Other than this, we had a very enjoyable stay.- 04-Mar-2007 i was dissapointed in the room i paid for as my friends also staying at the hotel paid less money and their room was upgraded to one with a spa and better space than the 2 i booked. i found this to be unfair.- 02-Nov-2006 |
