We got amazing value for our money at this dream resort in paradise. The room had an unobstructed view of the lagoon and the staff treated us incredibly well, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety each day.

The overwater villas were spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned twice a day. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, and the butler service was exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful, with a large and uncrowded feel. The provided bikes added a fun touch to our stay. The food at the 4 restaurants was excellent, and the balance between luxury and a non-resort feel was perfect.

The resort met our expectations with attentive staff and well-equipped overwater villas. The four on-site restaurants provided a variety of dining options. The location offered stunning views, ideal for capturing aerial footage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service from staff members like Ida and the support from Hereiti, Florina, Julian, Jojo, and Hiro. The Lagoonarium was outstanding for snorkeling, and Daniel the biologist provided fascinating insights about the fish, corals, and sharks. The resort never felt crowded, even during peak times, and the restaurants, such as Bamboo and Lagoon by Jean-Georges, offered excellent dining options. The Butler service was attentive and the complementary activities, like canoeing, added to the overall experience. The spa facilities, including the sauna and steam bath, were a nice bonus.

The hotel had its own lagoon filled with beautiful fish, and we could snorkel and watch sharks from the Lagoon restaurant. Despite being primarily a couples' hotel, the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome as a solo traveler. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable vacation.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my 14-year-old daughter, who requires pureed foods. Not only did they provide us with a blender, but they also willingly blended her meals in their restaurants without us even having to ask. Their kindness and generosity brought tears to my eyes. I am forever grateful to the staff, including Vairupe, Kassidy, Ida, Diana. They made our family travel experience with a disabled child completely hassle-free.
