 Staff are not well trained and lack flexibility. Although the hotel was obviously not very busy, the front desk did not extend a late check-out by 2hrs (till 2PM). The hotel is good value for moeny though.- 22-Jun-2008 For the price of the hotel room, we feel that we didn't receive the kind of quality that we expected. The AC didn't work, what few towels there were, were hidden, and there was no ice bucket,only one styrofoam cup. Although we reserved two rooms,one for our children, they were not adjacent.
There wasn't even any Guinness draft in the bar.
At this point, we cannot recommend this hotel.- 01-Jun-2008 Modern, well-equipped and functional.
It's main attraction was that it is in easy reach of the tube coupled with the competitive rate. Stay was brief at just one night but the hotel bar stayed open late and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful!
