 This hotel is in the process of being totally refurbished. Rooms all refurbished and very clean, apart from one floor, but none have air conditioning.
Restaurant, fully refurbished and air conditioned.
Breakfast, basic Russian style only, and not always fresh or hot, but bearable for a Russian hotel.
Most staff are very friendly, but some still try to speak to you very abruptly as if still in old soviet days.
