General
After a busy day of work or play, you can relax at the sauna, swimming pool or indulge in a game of tennis. Alternatively, you can also visit the staff at the tour desk, who would be glad to advise you in organising your tours and airport transfers at Gold Coast to keep your holiday happy and stress free.
 The 2 rooms apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. But the front desk only open from 9:00 to 18:00 Mon to Fri and half day on Sat. So you don't expect any help from the front desk. The tennis court was not a standard one but just for kids to play around. The Suna room was always turn off and so you need to wait for an hour to make the room hot. Conclusively, it's a place I recommended if you don't care about playing tennis and using the sana room. - 09-Jul-2009 The service desk was a little tardy, an apparent reluctance to put themselves out when asking for a tour booking. Persevere and the attitude comes right.
