 I arrived at the hotel at peak hour for business travellers. Whilst the reception was empty i had obviously arrived after an influx of travellers. I waited for a couple of minutes prior to being served. It felt that i was not important, my PA had booked the Hotel online as an emergency stop over. I was grateful they had accomodation for me.
The room was fine, although the tap in the bathroom dripped all night and the air/heating system was very noisy. It was comfortable for the price.
I was amazed though that the concierge did not know that the location i required was less than 400m from the hotel, and i had to make do with a piece of paper for a map and follow directions.
All in all i would stay there again. It is very convenient location, a bit tired inside but what do you expect for the price.- 27-Jul-2007 We enjoyed our stay at the Sovereign Inn Crows Nest and were happy with the room location on the harbour view side. As our stay was on short notice we particularly liked the ablility to obtain the booking over the internet.- 24-Feb-2005 The hotel is within easy access of CBD, harbour, opera house(convenient bus stop close by.
