 I would stay at this hotel again. I was pleased with the level of service offerred by the staff. The only negative aspect was the shuttle bus service to the shops did not seem very frequent. in fact we were told it stopped after 11.00 a.m. - 15-May-2007 Hotel of Last Resort - very clean, possibly due to early morning interruptions by housekeeping staff checking for laundry and generally banging and clanging around in the corridor! Noise from other rooms is also a nuisance. Hotel is further than the advertised 5 minutes from an MTR station - 10 minutes even 15 if you are tired, elderly or over-laden with shopping. On the plus side, they are fanatical about cleanliness and the staff are very helpful. - 24-Dec-2006 The location in Wanchai was perfect for my needs......you really get the taste of what Hong Kong is all about.
