 The girl on reception didn't smile when we checked in. Other staff members were friendlier though. When we arrived the TV kept turning off. We had to have two people come and fiddle with it. The internet connection didn't work, so we had to have someone look at that and found out that only the second bedroom internet connection worked. There was mould in the shower recess - a bit of a put off. But my main gripe was the NOISE. We were on the highest level (10) and the street noise was terrible at night. I had to buy ear plugs for the rest of the stay. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, room size is good and decor simple but modern.- 17-Apr-2009 A very good location. Clean and very helpful staff.
